If the game doesn’t launch after the patch update, there might have been an error in the updating process.

Please try deleting cache data and the game file and reinstall the game.

■ How to delete cache data and reinstall the game

1. Settings → General → Application Management → Press 'Hero Blaze: Three Kingdoms' 

※ The menu name and location may be different per device.

2. Delete cache → Delete data → Delete (Follow this order and delete 'Hero Blaze: Three Kingdoms')

3. Reinstall 'Hero Blaze: Three Kingdoms' in the market and launch it again

※ For guest users, deleting the game will also delete your guest account so please be careful.
